This policy explains what information Tara Jordan Ministries collects when you visit tarajordanministries.com, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be endured.

The short version

We collect your email address if you give it to us, and the order details needed to send you what you bought. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever. Payment card numbers never touch this website.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for the free resource or the mailing list.
• Order and shipping information, if you buy something. This is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical information that every website receives automatically, such as your browser type and general location. This is handled by our hosting provider and is not tied to your identity.

How it is used

• To send you the resource or newsletter you asked for
• To fulfill and ship your order, and to contact you if there is a problem with it
• To keep basic records of sales, as required for tax purposes

We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.

Who else is involved

A handful of services make this site work, and each one handles a specific slice of your information:

• Stripe processes payments and stores card details securely on their systems
• Netlify hosts the website files
• [YOUR EMAIL SERVICE] stores mailing list subscribers and delivers email

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data it handles.

Leaving the mailing list

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also email us and ask to be removed. You do not need to give a reason.

Your information, on request

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will take care of it. Note that completed order records may need to be retained for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
