Start a Study
Eleven chapters, paired into six forty-five minute sessions. Written for a church-wide women's study, and it works just as well around a kitchen table.
The six weeks
Sessions one and two name the high places. Three and four expose partial obedience and the hidden altars behind it. Five and six tear down and rebuild, ending on the floor at the feet of Jesus.

Before week one
What you’ll need
One
A book for every woman
Each participant reads on her own between sessions, so everyone needs her own copy. Order ten or more together and the Leader’s Guide and handouts come free.
Two
The Leader’s Guide
Session plans, teaching outlines, discussion prompts, prayer guidance, room setup, and an activity for each of the six weeks.
Three
Handouts for the room
Six printable participant sheets with the memory verse, reflection questions, and that week’s challenge. Print as many as you need.
Four
One tub of supplies
Bought once, in week one, and reused throughout. Smooth river stones, markers, index cards, envelopes, and wooden blocks. The full list is in the guide.

Three things that make it work
Do the work first
Before you ask a room of women to name a high place out loud, name yours to God on your knees. A leader who hasn’t done the work will teach this study as history. It isn’t history.
Seat them in small groups
Triads or round tables from the first night, and keep the same groupings all six weeks. A question opened to the whole room gets two brave answers and a lot of silence.
Let the activity be physical
Every session ends with something torn down, written down, or handed over. Thirty women doing the same thing at the same moment carries weight that discussion cannot.
