Refund Policy

We want you to be glad you bought this. Here is exactly how returns and refunds work, so there are no surprises.

Books

If the book is not what you hoped for, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The book should be in resalable condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is our error.

Email us first at taraj@tarajordanministries.com so we can give you the return address and watch for the package.

Damaged or missing orders

If your book arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, tell us and we will replace it or refund it in full. No return needed for a damaged book, though a photo helps. Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Digital resources

Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, digital purchases are generally final. That said, we will make it right in these situations:

• The file never arrived, or the download link did not work
• The file is corrupted or will not open
• You bought the same item twice by mistake
• You bought the wrong item and have not downloaded it

Beyond those cases, if you are genuinely unhappy with a digital resource, write to us within 14 days and tell us why. We would rather refund you than have you feel taken advantage of.

How to request a refund

Email taraj@tarajordanministries.com with the name you ordered under, the approximate order date, and what went wrong. You do not need an order number, though it helps if you have it.

Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, the money typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. That last stretch is out of our hands.

Books bought in person

Books purchased in person at an event follow the same 30-day policy.
